A complete remodel focuses on enlarging the existing house, while keeping the additional space well integrated within the 1940's Cape Cod Style house. The lower floor is opened up across the living areas, while a large bedroom is added on.

On the upper level, two additional rooms expand the living areas. The exterior's expansion is illustrated by mirrored roof dormers to keep repetition and proportion with this greatly expanded home.

Outside encompasses and entire reworking of landscaping and entry sequence into the house as well as material alteration.
